A heavy-duty standalone waterer that maintains a constant water level for chickens, turkeys, and other poultry. This traditional poultry fount features rolled edges for safety and seams that are constructed and tested to prevent leaks. The sloped top helps prevent roosting, while the sturdy handle allows you to hang the waterer if you choose. When the outer tube of the fount slides over the inner tube, a copper spring and neoprene seal create a vacuum to maintain a constant water level in the drinking pan.
